ንጉሠ ነገሥቱ ይህን አገራዊ ጉድለት ለመሙላት መፍትሔው ከእነዚሁ ምርዝ ነስናሾች መካከል መምህራን መጋበዝና ሥርዓተ ትምህርት መዘርጋት ነው። ሥርዓተ ትምህርቱ ሲዘረጋ የኢትዮጵያ ተስፋ የተደረከው ከከፍተኛ ቦታ ላይ ሆነው መርዝ ከነሰነሱን የዳርዊን ልጆች ጋር እኩል ከፍ የምንል መስሎን ነበር። በዚህ ተስፋ አገራዊ ጥበብና ምሥጢር የተከማቸበት ፊደላችን፣ ሊቃውንቶቻችን፣ እምነታችን፣ የተቀደሰ ትውፊትና ታረካችን፣ ቅዱሱ የአስተዳደርና የፍትሕ ሥርኣታችን ከአዲሱ የአስኮላ ትምህርት በጥንቃቄ እንዲለይ ሆነ።
